My 30+ years as a senior executive in Fortune 1000 companies influences my practical approach to working with clients. I draw on my experience as a business leader and my training in evidence-based coaching models to drive material change. I work with executives in for- and non-profit organizations of all sizes to help them honestly assess their leadership strengths and navigate a wide range of business challenges, such as achieving a desired promotion, resolving human conflicts in the workplace, and increasing confidence.
I live in Austin, Texas with my husband, Stephen and our 4 rescue pups, Lucky, Max, Shadow and Teddy. We have 2 sons, Kyle (married to Austin) and Drew (married to Lauren) nearby that we love spending time with. I left my corporate career to follow my passion for helping people achieve their goals and helping pups in the Austin shelter system learn to trust people and get adopted.
I hold a MS in Management with a focus on leadership and organizational development and a BBA in Marketing, both from the University of Texas system. I also hold a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching and am an Associated Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. I am a certified consultant in the Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS, and MPVI) as well as the Korn Ferry Emotional and Social Competencies Inventory (ESCI).
